ChillSet PCM packs:
3-Month Limited Warranty
What is Covered: We warrant ChillSet PCM packs against defects in materials and workmanship (such as a leaky seam) for a period of 3 months from the original date of purchase. If a manufacturing defect is verified, we will provide a free replacement pack.
What is Not Covered: This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, punctures, tears, damage caused by pets, improper storage or handling, or any use beyond normal consumer conditions . Consequential or incidental damages are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
How to Get Service: To file a claim, please contact us at support@nighthawksupply.store with your order number and a clear photograph showing the defect. You do not need to ship the defective product back to us. We will review your claim and respond as quickly as possible. If approved, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional charge.
State Law Notice: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Returns (change of mind)
ChillSet PCM packs may be returned for a full refund within 3 weeks (21 days) of purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your PCM packs must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. To initiate a refund contact support@nighthawksupply.store, including your order number, date of purchase, and condition of the item in the email. Do not ship items back without contacting us first to receive instructions and the correct return address.
