ChillSet PCM is the comfortably cool, self-freezing ice pack that uses a specially developed phase change gel (made by me!) to give extraordinary comfort for personal cooling purposes. The gel-like phase change material (PCM) uses a water based blend of non-toxic salts that freeze at room temperature, contained in a durable, puncture resistant pack. After activating, leave it out on your nightstand and it will be ready to cool you down, day or night! Slip it inside your pillowcase and enjoy the feeling of sleeping on "the cool side of the pillow" for approximately 1-3* hours! With multiple packs, you can rotate them; sleeping on one while the others are left out to re-freeze at room temp.

Endorsed by my mom. Makes an excellent gift!

*Cooling duration depends on the starting temperature of the pack and how it's used. Tucking a pack into your neck will warm it up faster than resting the side of your head on it, and you will get longer cooling duration if the pack starts at a colder temperature (i.e. the pack will last longer if your home's air temp is 70°F/21°C vs. 75°F/24°C).

Before first use:
Activate this cold pack in a freezer until the liquid solidifies. Once activated, cooling crystals will form at room temperature between uses. No further refrigeration required! *Works if stored at 80°F/26°C or colder.
The pack may optionally be stored in a refrigerator if extra cooling is desired (not necessary for ordinary use).

Pack dimensions: 7.5 x 7.5 x 1/2 inches
Net weight: 8.8oz (250g)
